Amanda is a true professional. Due to the sensitive nature of our properties needing to come up for sale in a hurry (both 428 and 421 Balsam) she handled our situation with grace and professionalism. I was blown away how quickly Amanda was able to obtain information from us, research the area and provide listing values in line with where we were hoping. The vacant lot sold within 24 hours. The cottage within 96 hours. Amanda had to deal with myself and my ex separately on many occasions and maintained clear and concise information for both of us to move forward with the deals closing.
